The firm E M Ball & Co has been established in Watford since 1995.
Elizabeth Ball heads up the practice. She qualified in November 1985. Elizabeth is a member of Resolution and has a keen interest in all aspects of family law. She is assisted by a loyal team .
We specialise in family law and also maintain a general practice. We deal in all aspects of family law which include complex financial matters, cases involving children and those involving domestic violence whether they are related to divorce, cohabitation disputes or same sex relationships.
Elizabeth Ball has developed a niche practice in business related litigation and dispute resolution - including breach of contract claims, partnership and joint venture disputes, misrepresentation claims and also disputes including allegations of falsification of documents (including forged wills and fabricated business and property contracts). We often deal with forensic experts in relation to these types of cases. She has also been a team player on commercial fraud cases (including VAT carousel fraud).
We also handle allegations in respect of professionals (including professional negligence disputes and professional regulatory matters).
